CAMPING TRION GUEN REIMBURSEMENT CONDITIONS
When booking rentals such as mobile homes (Mediterranean, Pacific 2 and 3), Lodge tents or cabins, it is requested to pay a deposit of 25% of the total amount of the stay. No application fees are charged. The balance will be due on the day of your arrival at the Trion Guen campsite.
In the event of cancellation, all you have to do is notify the campsite as soon as possible by telephone, e-mail or post. Depending on the cases described below, the deposit paid will be refunded or not.
The deposit is refundable in the event of cancellation of the stay:
-100% up to 1 month prior to arrival
-50% up to -1 month before arrival date
-the deposit remains with the campsite 1 week or less from the date of arrival
EXCEPT
-on presentation of a medical certificate in the name of the rental holder indicating the inability to honour the stay and dated of the request for reimbursement
In which case, 100% of the deposit paid will be refunded
When booking a camping pitch, a deposit of €10.00 is requested. No application fees are charged. The balance will be due on the day of your arrival at the Trion Guen campsite.
