BANGOR TO BELLE ILE EN MER

Campsite Trion Guen near Bangor

Leaving the Trion Guen campsite, discover the small town of Bangor 3 km away.

Until recently entirely covered with moors, this place remains the wildest site on the island.
You can therefore well imagine the enthusiasm and inspiration that Bangor and its landscape has aroused in many painters. Thus, Monet immortalized the reefs of Bangor in 1886, painting the work "Rocks at Goulphar".
Note that Goulphar is swept away by the light beam of its lighthouse, culminating at almost 84 m above sea level, a building that you cannot miss.

In the village of Kervilahouen, you can eat at the Kervi and do some shopping in its grocery store.

From the Trion Guen campsite, you can go to the beaches of Bangor located on the west of the island, on the wild coast. Along the coastal paths you will discover, among other things, the beaches of Giving, Kérel, Herlin or Baluden.

During the period, you can enjoy the joy of shore fishing and the marine riches offered by Belle Ile En Mer.
